Hi @Khateeb Mohammed , As said by other community members, If you have gone through the "Becoming Web Developer" Guided Path thoroughly, its enough to pass the exam. 

Tip: Try Quiz questions and  do revision twice ot thrice, iot will surely help you.

Additionally, Download the exam details where you can find sample questions as well.

Unfortunately there is no other source where you get the sample questions and answers as you are asking

My recommendation, just go through the following website where you can find some quiz, flashcards related to "Outsystems Reactive Web Developer" - Quizlet - Sample Questions and Cards
