Hi Vinita, thanks for your interest in the Docmosis Connector!


We've been able to reproduce this issue as well, and it appears that new accounts are provisioned with a newer version of the Docmosis API than this connector is designed for. Specifically, Docmosis Connector is designed for use with the "DWS3" version of the API, while new Docmosis accounts are automatically assigned to the "DWS4" version. Attempting to use an access key associated with DWS4 for the DWS3 API results in the error message shown in your screenshot.


We will work on updating Docmosis Connector to support the new version of the API, and post an update on this thread once the new version is published.
