[Hotjar Tracking Code] CSS doesn't load in Heatmaps, but it does in Recordings

Hi,

I tried the Hotjar Tracking Code, where most of it went quite alright (surveys, feedback, recordings all go very well). But when a screenshot is involved, for example at Heatwaves and Feedback with screenshot, the CSS doesn't seem to load.

I'm working on O11. I put the tracking code in my layout, so Hotjar will track all pages of my application. To get the surveys, feedback and the overall tracking code working, I had to add Hotjar to Content Security Policy settings. But that doesn't seem to work either.

I hope you have a clue where to start.

Thanks in advance

Hi @Jasper Blikman ,

Have you read the following post on Hotjar website?

https://help.hotjar.com/hc/en-us/articles/360060206853-Why-Do-Recordings-Look-Broken-or-Have-No-CSS-Loading

Let me know if you have and after running all the suggestions any will work for you,

Best Regards,

J.P.

Hi HP,

First of all: thanks for helping, but I'm afraid I have tried this already. I put the insight.hotjar in both connect-src and style-src, but it still doesn't seem to work.

Hi @Jasper Blikman ,

Thanks for your feedback, I would try if you can to disable CSP or in alternative if you cannot do this try to set it in more options that may seem appropriate the hotjar domains as suggested on the URL.

If this doesn´t do the trick, since I cannot replicate the scenario you have there, try reaching out to Outsystems and let us know when you solve it.

Best Regards,

J.P.

Hi JP,

Thanks, I'll try that and get back to you with the results.
