How can solve a license error on my localhostPlatform Server
Unknown Edition
Unable to Contact Deployment Controller Service.

Hi Gibson,

like the error says, it failed to contact the Deployment Controller Service.

Make sure the services are running in the machine.
"Services.msc" tool in windows, "service outsystems start" in linux

If they are running check the event viewer (or the logs in the platform logs/ directory if any exist).
