Sorry for the confusion, i want to know if there is any reference ID in Rest_Webrefrence entity for Espace and Application entity.

the Espace_ID in Rest_Webrefrence  does not aligned as per my checking

That's strange because I also query those tables and I do use the espace_id to link both tables.

Aligned with what Madhuri said, that Espace_Id in the REST_Web_Reference is indeed the eSpaceId, the reason why you don't see it connected in the Diagram is because it was not set as that in the meta information of the extension. You can join it with other eSpaceId's without any problem.
