We have used the other forge component for OpenAI intergration which works fine. Forge Component: OpenAI connector - Overview (ODC) | OutSystems. Try this out and see if that works in your case.

In the Service Center, look for the OpenAIAPI module, go to Site Properties, and edit Authorization
