What are the main differences between DB Cleaner and DB Cleaner on Steroids?
I can see
- different layout;- more filters and info;- new parameter on Cleanup section: Records to keep (at least);- cleanup scheduler.
Apart from that, is there any new feature that I'm missing? Or something in the background that works differently?

You got it right, and probably there are more differences at this point...
This component was created based on DBCleaner (and Logs Management) as stated in the component description:
It extends their functionalities, there are improvements under the hood that try to clean more metadata around espaces and extensions than the original DBCleaner for example.
