I need help with the forge component. I am trying to use the AppFeedback to Jira component but our Jira is hosted on premises and requires a VPN to access. I have tried the connector with a personal cloud hosted Jira and it works.
Our IT Support has allowed the app to have access to JIRA but I keep getting an error "Could not connect to Jira using these credentials. Please try again. even though the credentials are correct.
Does this component work for on-premises versions of Jira?

You mentioned Jira is hosted on-premises and requires a VPN for access. Has the VPN been configured and connected through LifeTime to enable the OutSystems application to connect to the internal network and thus to Jira? Or has your IT support opened ports to Jira for the OutSystems applications by whitelisting the IP addresses? Also, try entering incorrect credentials to see if the message remains the same. I suspect the connection from the OutSystems application to the on-premises Jira is not happening.
Our IT Team whitelisted our IP Address and we are able to get a connection.
