One of my clients requested getting the signature as a .jpg instead of a .png, but I've noticed there are differences in the blocks. The .jpg version does not have the text field for the name, or the save/clear buttons. Is there a reason for this? It made swapping over more difficult since re-using the already made actions is not possible now. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I see no difference between both blocks:
Screen design and input parameters are equal, do you have the latest version?
So sorry about this, another developer had apparently customized it and not notified anyone, which is why it broke when trying to swap over. Thanks for looking into it anyway, made me realize what the problem was!
I will have a look at it, and if needed update the component and load the new version.
