Can anybody help me with the following?
I have the ECT Provider configured for a number of applications to enable users to provide feedback, but there are three apps where the feedback button doesn't appear in the screen.
All suggestions are welcome, thank you in advance!
I think I'd start excluding elements to see if any patterns emerged - removing custom Javascript from the application that doesn't work and seeing if there's any console errors in the browser.
Did you regenerate and installed the mobile app again? You can enable the tool by long-pressing two fingers in the screen when running your application.

Is there a pattern that you can identify in those three apps? Are they all mobile or reactive? Do they have any custom Javascript?
Do you see any errors in your browser console when opening them?

Thank you for your fast response! Your questions are really illustrative to the big riddle: it all seems random. Two apps are reactive and one is mobile. One of the apps has a custom javascript, but so does at least one other app that does work...

After regenerating the mobile app, the Feedback icon appeared (while the app is installed as PWA). Have you actually seen the 2-finger option work? I guess that's only available when installed as a native app. Anyway, thank you for looking into my problem and your suggestion!
