I'm pretty sure this was working before and after the recent OS UI update it is not working as intended.

When we use the GUI to select the option the list is correct. In this specific case we can see there are only two names "Amos" and "Andrea".

But when we type with keyboard, we are able to select "Employee First Name" from a different "Department".

Note: I'm unaware how to use javacript as a workaround in this situation.
