Unfortunately, free certification for web/mobile reactive is not available. However, there is a way to obtain a free certification voucher that can be used for any OutSystems exam.
OutSystems hosts various events where participants have the opportunity to win the voucher. Take part in these events to increase your chances of receiving the certification voucher.

One way you will get from events as like @Princi told.

If you are fresher in Outsystems then you are eligible to attend online 2-week developer school program. After completing the developer school, you will get a free voucher to attend reactive certification. That voucher will be used for reactive certification only, you can't use for other certification.

In addition, if your working organization is Patterner with Outsytems then you will also get vouchers to schedule Certification Exam.

And as Princi and Murali mentioned you need to attend any Outsytems Events/Developers schools, so you might get free vouchers.

No, OutSystems doesn't offer free certification by default. But you can get it free via bootcamps, student programs, or promotions. Training is free at learn.outsystems.com.
