Create a native Decimal Input type, where we can choose the length of the number, the number of decimals, the decimal separator and the group separator.

For example:

If the length of the number is 5, the number of decimals is 2, the decimal separator is "," and the group separator is "." the maximum number that the input can permit is 999,99
