It would be very very, very good if we can set a web reactive app as a PWA. Today there are a couple of well known apps that let us "install" the site as a native desktop application (i.e. YouTube).

By changing the CSS of the "OS UI mobile theme" we can accomplish this but it would be great to do so without the need of changing CSS.

I give you an example of something that is a great feature for PWA, the app shortcuts. Allow web desktop B2B apps to have this kind of things is really amazing.

PWAs on desktop seem to be dead/dying. :(

The use case is to have just one application for all forms. Your application can run on the web, mobile (as PWA), and distribute the application for iOS and Android.

The thing is that I don't want a mobile app. I want a desktop app that allows me to install it on the computer.

Mozilla has already announced removing support for PWAs. Safari never has supported it. Yes, Chrome and Edge are a good piece of the market, but the issue is that no one is using them in real life on the desktop. :(
