Service Studio

Being able to use tags and/or categories to help organize applications when viewing them on the home screen in service studio. They could help users sort and filter applications to group related applications together.

Hi Adam,

As tagging in OutSystems is already a concept (tagging a version), I think its just about categorization of applications, right?

Regards,

Daniel

Daniel -

He means tagging with keywords, like how OutSystems Forge allows tagging components with keywords.

Daniel - Justin is correct. Being able to tag 2 applications with a tag such as "API" and allowing a filter to be applied in service studio to only show applications with that tag.

Hi guys,

This is similar

(Even has a 'tag´ comment by Daniel ;-)

Merged this idea with '011/ODC - Group Service Center's/ODC Portal Applications w/tags' (created on 17 Aug 2023 15:36:58 by Pedro Vargues)

Hi,
We could leverage the usage of Tags in Service Center (011) and ODC Portal to identify some characteristics of the applications, as we do on Forge with our components.
This would be great specially on O11 as we don't have a clear business application concept, but also for ODC as the factory grows.
Something like this:
Thanks.

Hello Pedro,

Searching the ideas page, reveals this has already been previously suggested:

https://www.outsystems.com/ideas/10873/tagging-and-categorising-of-applications/

Also, this idea is related to the wildly popular idea of grouping applications together:

https://www.outsystems.com/ideas/5778/application-list-add-folders/

Personally, I think this idea can be merged with the first of my two links.

Hi Jeoren,
You're right, it's not equal but it's quite similar. I've searched before posting the idea and I didn't find any. Looks like I should have searched better! Thanks for the heads-up!
Cheers.
