You can change the data within service studio nowadays. 

When you double click on your entity, you are able to do so. 

After the changes, you will need to click on 'Apply' to commit the changes to the database. 

But when having an Entity with a some or a lot of attributes, you have to scroll to the right to see the button(s). 

those buttons should be visible always.
