Show Warnings in Service Center Application List

It would be useful to see the warning icon in the application list if any module in that application has a warning. 

Service Center example:

The same applications in Life Time (where the warning icons are already displayed):

Having the warnings in the application list would help to quickly identify which applications have modules that need to be republished.

It would help to quickly check if some module needs to be republished without having to go to the application detail screen.

Good idea.

That way it would not be necessary to go through all applications to see if the there is a module that needs to be refreshed
