It would be nice if LifeTime asks us whether we want to also copy the custom extensibility configuration for an application as well when we deploy to the next environment. 

We applied a custom one in LifeTime, not knowing that it was only for DEV (that screen is terribly unclear about it, and the link to the screen is also in the wrong place), and we could not figure out why our apps weren't behaving in the same way as in DEV after deployment to TEST, turns out that custom extensiblity configurations are not deployed along with applications. 

I mean if we are asked to review all of the site properties, we might as well be asked to review the custom extensibility configurations.
