It would be good to have a more responsive, collaborative environment to help OutSystems developers work together. The forum is great but not as collaborative as a real time environment such as slack or discord.
The disadvantage of slack and discord is it moves people away from the OutSystems hub and users don't earn points to build their profiles. Having a bespoke chat channel like slack (but not slack) within this support environment, where users can continue to build their profile scores and helping each other in real time would be a massive help in my view.
Response times will be quicker and collaboration within the community will be improved.
