It's just a thought to add identifier when Scheduled operation email come from support@outsystems.com.

In some cases  support@outsystems.com notify schedule operation on so and so date with so and so environment with details on the maintenance work is for what.

But we receive closer to Scheduled operation (48 hours) before with very standard notification email (look like auto email) without any details on what the maintenance is for.

Better to include some identifier will make sense to the platform admin.
