When moving modules from one environment to another, sometimes it is not possible to move all modules because of various issues. This is sometimes specific to platform updates when we need to migrate our applications. 

It would be nice to have the ability to sort by all modules that have not bee published or migrated to another environment and directly package only those modules as a solution so that they could be migrated together.
