I don't know to whom I should send this suggestion/idea/request so I thought maybe here would be the best place to do so.

For personal and religious reasons, I would love to suggest that a very simple form/question can be added to the registration process (when scheduling the exam) and it goes something like this:

Do you feel comfortable being checked by both genders? Yes or no?

If No, which gender do you prefer?

This way I can save my waiting time switching from one proctor to another (going through the scanning of my documents, waiting for the proctor to join, asking me whether I feel comfortable proceeding with that person, exiting the app and repeating the whole process over and over)

The last time I took the exam, I needed to go through the steps mentioned above 3 times so I could finally start my exam.

It is a bit stressful, to be honest, and a waste of time for me and for them as well. That's why I believe something like a simple form or a small note can solve the issue so when the proctors see that note they can keep on passing the call to the next til a female proctor is encountered.

I know that things are not that easy to implement or to change and I understand that this type of procedures might take some time to get applied, but I would really appreciate it if you consider my suggestion.
