Introduced Toll Free Number on Support page for Technical issues

There should be one toll free number for the India, I am not sure about countries whether we can introduced it or not. One of my friend recently faced a issue where he is unable to login and even facing certain issues. But there is no toll free number available on Support page for technical support.

This will be benefitting Outsystems users for troubleshooting their personnel environment.

Community will be benefitting as well.

Hi @Daniel Kuhlmann, I got it. Actually I see this after clicking on Escalate issue button. Can we add one toll free number for India. And Can we show it on Support Page footer.

because yesterday when I was looking for these toll free number, I didn't get it anywhere. So it will be easy if we can provide it on footer of support page.

I don't see that happening, the toll-free numbers are already documented. It took me literary 2 seconds to find it using google.

Actually I was checking it on Support page, because my support case was important. And Frankly speaking didn't spent much time to find out on documentation page.

Hi @Daniel Kuhlmann, If you think that this is not important you can mark it obsolete. But from end user perspective this is a valid use case and a bad user experience. When I am creating issue, all related information should be available on that page itself.

I now see what you try to explain. On the Escalate Ticket dialog the tol- lfree number for India is not listed.
