As far as I know, directly installing a Forge Component in Service Studio, via de Forge tab, will also count towards the number of downloads. Service Studio downloads the component and installs it.

Do you have proof this is not the case?

Yes, I have published a forge component and my team mates installed it but it's still showing one as download,
Even i installed it in another env. but it's still showing one counter,

Just installed it from Forge tab in Service Studio, and the count changed from 1 to 2:

Let me check with OutSystems if they try to be smart, and see if there is a correlation to who is downloading a component, maybe there is a check on community member user name or something.

Hi Team, 

Again i faced same issue in my new component i have installed it in my friends personal environment directly from Service studio and its installed but still showing 0 download count,

Installed it from here - 

And my component in forge showing count 0.

@Daniel Kuhlmann would you please suggest me if is there any setting to enable these count.

Both downloads in Web Forge as well as installations in Service Studio Forge should count towards the counter.

The counter only includes unique (first) downloads/installs per version per user though.

So, if installations are not counting towards that counter in this specific asset Speech Synthesis (as it seems to be the case), it might actually be an issue on the Forge's side.

We're going to analyze this situation and then release a fix that will hopefully resolve this situation.

A fix has already been released. Now, first time installations (in Service Studio Forge) should count towards the counter.
