Place 'New Client Action' and the like at the top of the options in Service Studio

This may be personal preference and method, but most of the time, I find that I link OnAfterFetch and Button's or Event's handler to 'New Client Action' since I use this to automatically create the n ew action rather than creating the new action and then linking it.

Thus for me, it does not make sense to have the 'New Client Action' at the bottom of the list so that I am always having to scroll down to get it. From personal experience, both 'New Client Action' and 'None' or the two most commonly used options in these kinds of lists and so to make users scroll down to the, every time seems like bad UX.

As I said, it may just be personal preference but I am curious to see if others feel the same.
