I believe that some aspects of Data Grid behavior need to be upgraded, such as On clicking the Action Column, "Popover Menu" and "Submenu" can be open if we drag one one of this. 

The most crucial thing is that the widgets open right next to the action column, much like the context menu does when I right-click.
