When pasting server actions in ODC, the public property should automatically be set to No.
Currently, if we paste a server action from OS11 that is set to "Yes" as public into an ODC environment, it throws an error.

My idea is that it would be helpful if the public property of server actions could be automatically set to "no" instead of manually changing for each action.
