Sometimes support is not able to provide solution or workaround.  But we receive notification to close the ticket continuously. There is only one option "Mark as Resolved" on ticket close.

It would be better if support can add other options like "Ignore for now", "Close without resolved" or option to stop notification for unclose ticket.
