End-user Management

Currenty ODC allows the users to be managed only in the ODC Portal.
But in the situation where, client needs the user management on the application it is impossible to implement with current entinties available in the ODC.
It is very much important to have either full access with CRUD operation on USER and other User related tables. OR either to have API's to access the functionalities of ODC from the Application Directly.

Also want to highlight this.
During the registration process, when user is invited to the platform then the status of the user will be shown as "pending" on the ODC Portal.
I hope we should also have a scope to see the status of the current user registration process as it is also very important thing to be shown on any user management screens.
