Add generative AI detection for forum posts

I read a forum article about 'not gaming the OutSystems rankings' which mentioned people using ChatGPT and other generative AI to formulate posts. While I think these tools can be a big help used in the right way to communicate your points in a clear way, it would be good to add a layer of feedback and detection to prevent this from being used to manipulate rankings.

So this idea is in two parts:

1. To add a generative AI detection to forum posts, that shows the posters the % of AI detected before they commit the post - so that they have more awareness of how their content will be perceived.

2. To add a generative AI detection to forum posts that stores that % match (hidden field) for follow up by admins if required.

There are may detection tools, and one example is:

Hello Stephen,

The Forum already has that feature, and it is available for OutSystems staff and OutSystems MVPS (who can act as moderator on the forums). See the Mark as AI button.

It also shows the % of AI detected in a text.

When a post is identified or marked as AI it will show in the forums with the percentage.

Truth to be said, at the beginning when ChatGPT became popular you say this happening a lot of people copy / pasting generated replies blindly from ChatGPT. I think the hype already cooled down, and it doesn't happen that much lately.

On the spam detection, though, more and more spam is getting AI generated and more difficult to spot.

Regards,

Daniel
