Searching by Ana we get a list with Ana, Joana, Diana, Liliana, Mariana, Pestana...

It becomes impossible to find the person I'm looking for.

If you add an option to search with %, the default search can be by exact name and make our work easier.

And if changing it, please don't lose the ability to search with or without an accent. Sometimes our keyboard doesn't have the exact symbol we are looking for.
