Where in ODC? You can already do it in ODC Studio, why you need it also in the ODC Portal?

In the ODC Portal, it's possible as well.

For instance, when deploying from DEV to QA, you can choose a previous revision to revert to if you click the link below the Revisions list (see picture below).

I know this comment is outdated. 
But you can use the search bar in deployment screen. Just search the specific version you want to deploy.

Note: you can't deploy any version prior to the version running in production.
