where do you get this : "many candidates find them insufficient" ?  is this anecdotal information or do you have larger numbers ?

Yes, you're right. It's not many. I referred to those who, like me, couldn't clear it on the first attempt. Despite preparing well, practicing more than 500 sample questions, and going through all the topics, I found it challenging. As a beginner, I only had tutorial-taught knowledge and assessment knowledge. If I wanted to pass the test based solely on these, it would be difficult.

From my side, it's the first milestone: the Associate Reactive Developer (OutSystems 11) certification. If I fail on the first attempt, it wouldn't be okay. The whole interest in learning OutSystems and becoming a developer in OutSystems would diminish.

That's why I'm requesting similar questions related to the certification, such as logical and diagrammatical questions.

Why you think after studying 500 questions, another 500 questions will make the difference? Where is the limit? To understand anything there is more then just trying read and answer many sample questions. You need practice for a deeper understanding.

I agree with your point @Daniël Kuhlmann . However, I'm asking for resources of sample questions from the Outsystems side. If they provide more similar sample questions, it will help build enough confidence to crack the test. I'll prepare more and more. Let's see how it goes in the future. The more samples provided, the more confident I'll become. 

by 'practice' we don't mean practice answering questions, but practice building applications.  That is the only way, and that is what employers are interested in, someone who can build software, not someone who can answer questions.

So the format of the exam being a set of multiple choice questions, they have to make them in such a way that they still test actual (beginner) experience and real understanding, instead of just test how good you are at answering questions.  So if they did a good job at that, you will likely fail if all you do is answer example questions.

Looking at the time you have an account, I would say, just put in some solid time building your own  projects in your personal environment, touching on all the subjects from the exam details, and you should be good.
