I'm trying to list Forge app versions across environments. Currently, the Forge applications are registered in system table OSSYS_APP_FORGE, but only on the environment it's installed. 

It would be really helpful for monitoring versions if the Forge applications deployed to that environment would also be registered in it. Right now, I have no idea what version I'm running on (for example) Production.
