company field in profile need to be selected from the companies and if user not find his company he can enter it
that will allow to get all company staff from member and also connect member with company profile
Why do you need to get all company staff?
That is not as good as you think.
1. if the first misspells the name, everyone will be lazy and go with the existing name.
2. A lot of people do not work for a company or do not want to say the name.
