The current Community platform suffers from performance limitations and provides a restricted level of user interactivity. To improve the overall user experience, I propose migrating the Community to a Reactive Web architecture within OutSystems.

The growth and increased user engagement in the OutSystems Community can be attributed to a more intuitive, faster, and interactive experience that encourages users to actively participate, share knowledge, and return to the platform more frequently.

Let’s move forward with this improvement to unlock a faster, more engaging, and truly collaborative community experience for all users.

This is a developer’s observation based on system usage and user experience.

Agree that the current forum is slow and feels a bit rigid, you have my thumb.

But, this improvement would have been much more relevant 5 years ago.  Right now, there is a drastic decline in forum activity, which I don't think is caused by the quality, but by people finding help elsewhere (AI).

So I'm not sure the forum can be saved by just rebuilding it in Reactive.

I fully agree with your point.

"The growth and increased user engagement in the OutSystems Community", I actually see the opposite of this quote of you, since I joined OutSystems community the engagement seems to be on its lower point, this is reflected in the low number of points it takes to get into the Most active top 10 community member ranking. People use AI now to solve their problems, and AI will search forum posts.
