no clue what you mean.

Only thing I can think of the same way we are developing c#/java now with the actions, foreach loop etc.
But I doubt that would improve the speed of developing javascript.

With platform 10, we have offline actions, which are compiled to JavaScript, and a Javascript canvas widget.
