1 . It was perfect to click on some espace in service center and republish instead od create solution. 

2 - In service studio, when you finish to publish one espace if have references it is give to you some outdated consumer. In this case if you have one button to republish all consumer it was great.

If you don´t have permission to create solution, you need republish espace one by one.
