A function to send reporting mail about the health of environment to administrator person would be helpful for us.
For example:
Or APIs which are used for implementing these function are helpful, too.

Hi Takasi,
Thank you for your idea.
We are changing its status to "on our radar" since its a good idea. It is not on our roadmap by now, we’ll keep an eye here if this idea continues to grow and get comments from all of you.
Thank you,
Joao Bento
It would be good to be proactive that any of the environment health warning to have email alert to the administrator.
We were facing issues that some services in health check up / environment health are giving warning or stopped.
This we came to know that when some of our schedules/ timers/ process didn't run, and we need to check by logging into the service center that environment health is ok. Then we found some services are not working.
I would like to suggest that for environment health there should be some feature to receive report daily or as per schedule which will help ops time a lot.
Note: warning or error in services could be caused due to some database issue or other configuration issue that was later resolved by restarting services I have given this scenario to get context.
Thanks & Regards
Ashish Akolkar
Good Idea, but I will merge it in the same idea created in 2018.
Thanks Daniel,
It will really save a lot of time of ops people.
As I see this idea bring in 2018 but due to less likes / votes it's not on priority.
I hope team will look this again and add in roadmap as it will help to simplify the operation process in automated way :)
Thanks & Regards Ashish Akolkar
Yes I agree, I voted too on the idea, that is the reason why I merge yours to consolidate the votes.
I think its a great idea too.
Hi! It would be very interesting to receive notifications about the factory in the email, such as: environment reports: top errors, slow queries, etc. or lifetime analytics or some critical login errors, etc. or when a module turns red in architecture dashboard...
We have configured the Administration Email account but nothing is actually reaching us
The Administration Email account is just for showing the Administration Email on your login screen. It isn't ment to sent you information by email. All it does is show this message on login screen of Service Center:
But only if you also check the Show email on login screen
In LifeTime you can check how much database space is being used and in Service Center you can check the Environment Health, but you have to be actively checking those pages in order to spot any issues. It would be great to have the ability to setup notifications for things like:
1. Database size grows bigger than a certain percentage of its maximum.
2. A timer runs longer than a configured duration.
3. The statuses of any of the services listed on the Environment Health page change from a green check to something else.
