Add the ability to add context sensitve help for the user based on page and/or field on the document.

In RichWidget you have a "Help_Contextual" Web Block. If you drag it to near the place you want to provide help it shows a blue question mark and, on hover, it shows a snippet of help text.

Does this address your requirement?
