Service option should be centralize.should not be part of module creation screen in web app.also raised idea about service centralization.

Like new application option,we should have new service option.no need to click new application and select service because it is totally new concept.

Sorry I did not understood your idea at the time. The ability to create Applications of type Service is available since the beginning.
