Thanks for pointing it out. At the moment, that content is hand-written html, so I would say that it depends on the component's publisher to add the URLs. Asides from asking people to add URLs when they add other components, we will study alternative ways to do what you suggest.

I also fixed one URL in the comments that wasn't working. I didn't see more non-working URLs in that thread.
