Considering Timezone Calculation in Runtime Property 'Schedule' in Timers

Currently, Supported schedule formats do not include Timezone input in Timers. Timezone Calculation in Schedule Runtime Property of Timers would help as in many cases the End users are in different countries or the user is in a different timezone than the server.

Merged this idea with 'Timers run on localized time' (created on 10 Jul 2019 14:47:26 by Martin Den Braven)

It would be very helpful if it was possible to set the trigger time on our local timezone on our cloud servers. Some of our trigger need to run on specific timestamps.

Summer/winter time will make it shift 1 hour twice a year. :(
