Audit log for changes / addition to Service Center Administration :

  1. Changes/Updates to Environment configuration should be audited 
  2. Changes/Updates to Database connection (Add/Delete - By Whom)
  3. Changes/Updates to certificates
  4. Changes/Updates to email configurations


Logging the actions are critical as it will affect applications running the in the environment if changes applied and not able to trace who have made the changes.

When this function is realized, our system operation will be improved.

I hope the product team realize that this is basic requirement for a platform to support enterprise grade solution. 

This level of logging is a prerequisite for operating in a validated environment. My hope is that Outsystems will enhance Service Center logging, as is mentioned in this idea.

Hi there!

As someone who manages the OutSystems factory I would like to know who was the last user to update parameters in Service Center.

My expectation would be to go to the Administration menu in Service Center and know who was the last user that updated the parameters in the submenus or see a history of changes that have been made and by who.
