It would help a lot to know if another developer on the team is busy publishing the eSpace that you are working on. This will prevent concurrent publish issues, and publishing without updating references, saving us time and frustration.

This can be shown on or next to the 1CP button (perhaps turn it an orange/amber colour with an exclamation mark), and perhaps on the application eSpace list in the IDE, as per the image below (see red square):
