CTRL-N to create structure attributes

When adding structure attributes, CTRL-N could speedup the process of adding them. Actually: everywhere we can create a new subitem, CTRL-N should work.

Hi Erwin,

This option is already available (at least in v. 11.0.408.0, but I think it has been there for a while now).
