Have the course videos transcribed and a time-stamped summary at the top for ease of flicking back and forward in a video to the place where you need to be.

Transcription also allows for those without sound cards to follow and can act as a quick reference guide

Hello

Videos that come from given talks often have poor sound quality, and English is not always good. To help I suggest putting in these videos in particular, either the transcript of the audio or the translation. Because as English is not always perceptible, the automatic translator of the subtitles is not helpful.
