Solutions publishing screen re-open

Allow us to re-open the solutions publishing details screen. Sometimes we close it for mistake, or we have to disconnect from the server and it would be really helpful if we could re-open the details screen and see how the publishing was doing.

This would be a very handy one!

It's what André says: sometimes the screen is closed (by mistake, network connenction failure and so on) but the publish doesn't stop.

It's needed to being able to see if the publish of the solution went without any errors.
