We should have a documented page that displays all the retracted versions (Lifetime, Platform server, Service Studio, etc.).
Without that information displayed somewhere, how we should know that we are using a retracted version of a product?
The last time I was aware of a retracted version, it *was* documented in the version list on the downloads page. That was 9.0.0.36 of Platform Server.

Same for courses on learn site. Now those you've completed and don't exists have broken links. Either remove the link or put hem on a deprecated page or something like that.
The release notes already state when a version was retracted. We don't plan on creating a page dedicated only to list retracted versions.
