I know it is everyone's responsibility not to leave the debug on when not using it, but this is not always the case.

I think there might be an option, and I think the ideal place would be in the service center, where I could send down all the debugs. This is so that when someone forgets the connected debug, it does not interfere with the work of the rest of the team.
